The monthly subscription of $23 for furnace repair service provides peace of mind just in case. I like the option that they provide once a year furnace cleaning after a full year subscription once paid in full.

Quick to service but overcharged. It cost $900 to fix my bathtub drain pipe plus extra $99 for a compulsory priority membership for a 2.5 hour job. The membership requirement is a rip off.
