Ed and his team (3 guys) were phenomenal! Worth every penny! They came to my condo today right on time and got everything into the truck quickly and carefully. They even took the time to get my flatscreen tv unstuck from the wall! Once at the house, they used clothes for the floors, so that the floors wouldn't get dirty. They put everything where we wanted it and even helped us to move furniture that was already there into other rooms. All 3 gentlemen were polite, worked diligently and didn't take breaks. Their pricing was extremely fair and there were no additional/hidden costs, unlike other companies that I called. This was my first time using a moving company, but I will definitely use them again and I have already told one of my friends who is moving soon. I can't think of anything negative to say.

The service guy came and fixed the problem within 1 hour of my calling the company. He gave tips on how to avoid the problem again. I've added this company to my list of regular service companies, should something like this happen again.

Monitoring service has gone well for the last several years. I've only had one experience where the monitoring service rep was inefficient, but I think that she was new. Usually, they are easy to work with when I need to do fire safety checks.

Zhang from Abell was recommended to us by a colleauge. He has done a great job for the last 2 years and I would recommend him to others. He does our basic pest control maintanence (traps, etc.)

We've used this company many times to replace broken appliances (fridges, stoves). Customer service is good. Delivery is timely. We appreciate their reliability since we are located all the way in Toronto. It saves us alot of time to be able to trust that the job will be done.
