After getting other estimates, we knew from our first meeting with Andrei that he was the contractor we were looking for. We were impressed with his suggestions. Everything, from our first meeting through the actual work time to the final meeting with Andrei, was handled in a first-class, professional manner. Andrei was very thorough and available for regular communication. He was dedicated to ensuring a well organized renovation process. The timing for the project was exact – it was even finished one day ahead of schedule. Andrei’s team not only had very high standards and were committed to doing an excellent job but they also were trustworthy, positive and handled everything professionally. The interior designer provided help that was much appreciated as her experience was invaluable in assisting with the choice of materials. The key person doing the work on our project had exceptional skills and an exemplary work ethic; the quality of the work and the service provided was top level. It was easy to have Andrei’s team working in our house.
We were impressed with the measures that were taken to keep our house clean throughout the renovation. The work area was sealed and furniture in the adjoining bedroom was completely covered. Drop clothes were put down every day to cover all of the floors and carpets. Vacuuming was done at the end of the work day. Tradespeople took care to cover their footwear or to switch footwear at the door. All of the cutting, grinding and dusty work was done outside of the house and the garage (in very cold temperatures!).
We value the working relationship that was established with Andrei and his team. It was obvious that the team did the extra little things that made the whole process enjoyable.
