This is my second year using Toronto Clear View and they did not disappoint. We have a 3-storey semi-detached with lots of windows and glass balcony panels on the third floor. it's too many windows for me to tackle and the balcony panels are much too high for my comfort. Toronto Clearview is prompt, courteous, affordable and efficient. Another job well done. See you next spring!

From my phone call with Brian to walk through the estimate through to the window cleaning wrap up Toronto Clear View has been excellent. Really appreciated Brian taking the time to discuss the pricing options and help me assess the size of my windows. Service was relatively quick (waited just over a week from the initial call). Two crew arrived ready to work and were both pleasant and courteous. Paying the invoice afterwards by eTransfer was also straightforward and quick. One of our ridiculous children put a stick down our old breather system without our knowledge. We noticed that our basement bathroom toilet wasn't flushing properly and tried to snake it out to no avail, so we knew it was time to call in the professionals. We've hired DrainWorks a few times in the past to unfreeze our pipes in the winter with good results. Armando arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and why. We agreed to have the work done the following day. Armando's team dug a deep hole and Armando replaced our old trap and breather system and some of our old clay pipes. The work took a few hours and they charged the agreed upon price - there were no hidden fees. Armando also went through a detailed overview of the rest of the plumbing in our house - described what should be replaced down the road etc. It was very informative and all has been well with our drainage since then. Last summer (2014) after interviewing and receiving quotes from a number of contractors, we offered our basement renovation project to Stratas Design Build. Andy was the only contractor that seemed to fully understand the scope of the project and what we were looking to accomplish with the renovation. Our basement reno was the largest project that we had decided to tackle after eight years in our home. It had been finished poorly some time ago and required a full gut of the main area including the removal of an old set of stairs and a non-supporting wall. Andy alleviated any of our pre-reno concerns by clearly communicating the process for the project. Once the project had begun, Andy provided us with daily updates on the progress and the next steps. The team worked diligently and tried their best to minimally impact our daily lives while maintaining a good level of cleanliness in the work space. The project turned up only a few ‘surprises’ that needed to be addressed, (a minor plumbing issue, removal of small amount of K&T and rewiring of the dryer). The additional costs were presented to us in advance of the work being completed, with a full explanation as to why they needed to be done. Regardless of the add-ons, the project was completed on time and generally within the budget. With Andy's level of detail, we were confident that the project was being completed safely and to code. In addition, Andy and his team came up with creative and cost-effective solutions to address issues such as the uneven floor (we didn’t dig out the basement prior to starting the work as the extra headroom was not needed). Andy has carefully selected his team to be in line with his own level of professionalism and work ethic. Everyone who entered our home - from the framers to the electricians to the painters - was punctual, courteous, dedicated and respectful of our home. Since the renovation has been completed, Andy has checked in a few times to ensure we are happy with the results and has helped out on a few other projects. We are delighted to now have an additional floor of living space thanks to Andy and his team’s excellent renovation. We look forward to dreaming up new projects for our home with Andy at the helm.

Patrick arranged to come by and provide a quote less than 24 hours after i contacted him via HomeStars. We were looking to have our exterior windows and screens cleaned on our two-storey semi. Patrick and his partner did an excellent job on all the windows including our screen doors, skylight and basement windows. He was a pleasure to deal with and even helped me replace the screens once they were cleaned. I would highly recommend Magic Monkey for your window washing needs.

Mark has been cleaning our eaves for years now and is always efficient and cost effective. He also re-shingled the roof on a little addition at the back and charged a very fair price.
