Finding sewage back-up in the basement is a nightmare. Pavel arrived the same day and diagnosed the problem of a broken clay pipe with tree roots. He explained in detail what needed to be done, the cost as well as rebates available. His crew went to work the next day after the insurance company had arranged a clean-up and disinfection. His team was professional, courteous and clean being careful not to track anything through the house as they came and went. The work continued outside to the property line where they dug up and replaced another 50 feet of pipe. I am extremely pleased with his team and would definitely recommend them.
