Mr. Peacock from Brampton

We renovated our Brampton house and wanted to install high quality locks and security system. We heard about Halcyon Surveillance Systems from a friend. They did a great job designing and installing network wiring in my house, as well as installing a Siedle security system and fire/carbon monoxide sensors. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and skilled and the owners/managers did a good amount of oversight. I highly recommend them!

Steven came out to take measurements, and discuss options with us. He was very easy to work with - answered all of our questions, and took the required measurements. WIthin 1 week, he called to set up the second appointment at the showroom, to see samples of their products: windows and doors. We were very satisfied with the estimate - the total $$ (for both windows and doors) came in right about where we had hoped. We were especially impressed with the Window City series windows (which is what we choose). The installers came when scheduled, and completed the work to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the result - the windows and doors look great, and the front of the house (with the new picture window, new front door and other new windows) really looks so much better. We have received several compliments from neighbors , family, friends on the changed appearance of our house; especially the front, with the new windows and front door. Thanks Windows by Installer!
