I had a pop-up in a bathroom sink that wasn't working well and was preventing the water to drain properly. I knew it was't a major problem, or a big job but when tried to fix it myself, just made it worse. So I called Instant Plumbing. They told me upfront their fee for an hour work and came promptly on time as scheduled. Anthony, the plumber, fixed the problem in a few minutes while taking the time to show me every step of the way how to fix it myself if it happens again. Then, to my surprise, he said that since I already paid for the hour, and it only took him 10 minutes to finish the job, he might as well check the rest of my sinks ( ending up fixing 2 more pop ups...), checking my water tanks and giving me some great tips and advice on how to keep my water pipes running smoothly and prevent problems. I was very impressed by the fact that he genuinely wanted to make the most of the time there.

We had a few loose pieces of siding on the top row of our house. A woodpecker took advantage of this and made a hole there the size of a tennis ball. It took A&D two weeks (and a few phone calls from us) to finally come and do the job! When I saw Doug on site, the bird's hole was already covered with new siding, so I asked him if he was sure there weren't chicks inside and he assured me there weren't. Sure enough, two days later, on Saturday, we heard some noises coming from the inside of the wall were the hole was... We desperately tried to contact A&D and left a message on Doug's cell phone but didn't hear back from them. Only on Monday, when we finally reached them they sent someone to remove the siding and take out what was left of the poor chicks. We cannot begin to describe how awful we feel about the whole thing especially when we know it could have been handled differently.

I had two light fixtures that were flickering /not working at all. I called Westridge Electric on Friday and was happy to be offered a visit from one of their electricians on Saturday for no extra cost. Although I was given a two hours frame for my appointment, their electrician arrived late, only after I called the office. After arriving, he quickly diagnosed the problem, was upfront with the cost and fixed it in no time. He was very thorough and made sure there was no other issues with the electric system. All in all I was pleased with their service.

I had a leaking pipe causing a big water mark on my basement's bathroom ceiling. I knew I had to fix it immediately so I was very happy when Ryan from Rymill Mechanical said he will be there in a couple of hours. He was very professional, new exactly what to do and In about an hour and a half the problem was fixed and my bathroom clean. I won't hesitate to call him again for all my plumbing needs!

I needed to replace 3 of my outside light fixtures. Dale arrived on time and gave me a very reasonable quote after examining what had to be done. One of the new light fixtures I bought turned out to be broken but Dale kindly agreed to stay while I went to the store to replace it. Meanwhile, he offered to have my house electric panel, outlets and smoke detectors checked- free of charge! Overall he was knowledgeable, polite and very professional. I would definitely use them again!
