Valley Small Engine and Marine did not fulfill its contractual obligation which was to winterize my in-board boat engine. ONce the boat was picked-up, after a long winterès storage, we discovered that VSE&M did not winterize the engine, in turn causing potential engine failure such as a cracked engine block. The engine is currently being serviced by another provider. Furthermore, the boat was returned to us with severe oil stains on the clean fibreglass interior floor as well as a hole in the fibreglass hull. Once given an opportunity to repair, we were faced with profanities. We are now faced with large bills to repair the damage caused by VSE&M, along with a delay to the start of the boating season.
