I have had a recurring problem with the pilot light on my gas wall furnace going out. This had been going on since last fall. The company servicing the appliance had given up; put me off when I phoned. Family and friends kept relighting the pilot. I finally called Halton Gas Works. Didn't know a thing about them. Ralph came the very day. Checked it over thoroughly, returned when it went out again. Returned in all about 3 or 4 times without charging me any more than the initial payment. I believe that he contacted the manufacturer. Made some drawings of what his next step would be if the pilot went out again.. The appliance has been working perfectly since February 27, 2014. I could nominate him for sainthood but I'm not Catholic. I am so superstitious that I am almost afraid to talk about the dedication of the man. I do recommend highly he and his company Halton Gas Works.
