Helpful staff that answered my water problems and guided me through their products on what I needed. Also a lot of clean and quality livestock and aquarium supplies at competitive pricing.
Extremely helpful staff - quality livestock. Staff was knowledgeable in helping me select the gender of the fishes I want and how to breed them. Also gave me great tips on how to set up my aquarium for them to be the happiest.
Great store - huge variety of cichlids and some rare plecos, filter media, water conditioner, driftwood, northfin products and clean plants. The owner is a nice guy - very helpful and very knowledgeable.
I bought some nice malaysian driftwood. Staff was helpful in advising how to quarentine it by boiling it and I got some tetras as well that are happy and healthy!
Hired them to remove trees in my parents backyard as the trees were decaying and looked unpleasant. They were professional and displayed great courtesy with the property and garden. Everything was removed and cleaned. No complaints what so ever.
Came in for a repair and diagnosed it as a modem repair. I received a high end model and it was performed in a timely manner. My data was not compromised and everything is good as new!
Nice courteous staff, willing to answer my calls if I have any questions prior to service. Price was competitive but service was beyond excellent. I don't know much about plumbing but the technicians was willing to go through the steps with me!

Pros: Honest, no hidden fees or games. Movers showed genuine care and expertise, especially to my piano. Cons: They were 15 minutes late to arrive, but the road was pretty rough with snow and they did call to inform me, so it was understandable and not a big deal. Summary: Would certainly recommend! I was looking for straightforward moving company who actually show customer service after a terrible experience with other movers.. falling for their "40$/HR" ad with hidden fees that ended up being 900$.
