My wife and I bought a Aspen Ridge Home (Kettle Lakes Club – Richmond Hill) back in March of 2013, with a closing date of January 15th, 2014. The closing date was initially extended 120 days, from January 15, 2014 to May 15, 2014. As of this writing, the closing date has been further extended another 91 days to August 14, 2014.
