The ladies at FwF were great - large range of tiles, very helpful in narrowing my preferences and editing the possible choices, great eye for color tones and textures, and endlessly patient when my 'non-shopping' husband would ask about other options and I'd be back to their store for ideas. Prices were competitive, and they had good ideas about how to design the trim patterns.
Very satisfied so far with the removal and rebuild process for our house renovation - we are completely tearing out main floor and basement and starting over. The pre-build information about the process and timing was accurate. The budget analysis pre-build was very thorough - Trademark seems to have considered everything that could be seen/might need changing, to minimize surprises. Of course, there are always surprises once you pull a house apart, but the analysis and recommended fixes have been prompt, thorough and accurate. The trades are all real professionals - clean, efficient, thinking ahead re: problem-solving. We haven't finished the reconstruction yet, but so far the process has been as painless as possible for a complete home renovation.
Thanks ! Its a challenging project were working on together as we discover numerous items that have been modified in the past incorrectly. I am looking forward to seeing the finished home as it is going to look amazing!
