The sales experience was very good. Met with the representative at the house to go over rough dimensions for openings. After that, the install team left a mess in the shaft. The elevator malfunctioned within a few months of installation. Absolutely horrible customer service. Impossible to get in touch with anyone at the office. Charge of $280 per visit to fix an issue that shouldn't be an issue. Random elevator breakdowns. Would NEVER recommend this company
