Fred called me the morning of the scheduled appointment and offered to come earlier (which is great). He was very professional and focused. He explained the problem and quickly fixed it. He also helped me understand how to avoid this type of problem from happening in the future. Will definitely use Cozy World again.

I hired HotWire to replace faulty pot lights in my home. Due to the nature of the issues, HotWire expedited my job and replaced all ~35 pot lights in a very expeditious and professional way. The two gentlemen that did the work were professional, fast and very careful. Excellent job all around - I would definitely recommend HotWire to anyone requiring electrical services.

I have used several different cleaning companies in the past, and have always been dissappointed. Maret's approach to house cleaning is very professional and thorough. She started by visiting our house and giving us a detailed breakdown of what her team will clean and how many hours it will take. Then, her team showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do - leave our entire house spotless!! Dust and dirt don't stand a chance against Maret and her team.

I hired Let It Rain to refinish a flat roof for my house - which is a walk out from the master bedroom. Although it wasn't cheap (which is the only reason why I gave a 9), they did an excellent job! You might be saying - how impressed can you really be with a new roof? Well, I can say that the grade is perfect, the flashing and finish looks very neat and they were clean, polite and on time. I guess you get what you pay for.

I called Aire One to service my furnace, as they were listed as the original installers. Although the unit is only 3 yrs old, their service man told us that it was rusted out and will likely start leaking soon (we were charged $250 to diagnose). Unless we paid them an additional $850 to investigate further, they would call the Gas company to shut down gas supply to our house. What made me even more suspicious is that they could not pinpoint an issue, only that we needed to spend more money to find a problem. So, I came to homestars.com and found the best rated HVAC company and got a second opinion. As it turns out, there was nothing wrong with the unit. A complete diagnostic was performed and everything was in tip top shape.

Adam and team did a great job replacing the roof on our house. Because the roof has several peaks surrounding a skylight, we did develop a small leak after a winter of heavy snowfall. Adam was relentless in his quest to fix it. To me, he passed the service test with flying colours. Although it has been over a year, I am stilled impressed with his commitment to customers satisfaction. I always recommend Roofworks to anyone looking for professional and competent roofers.
