This contractor is horrible! I hired then to renovate bathroom and add whirlpool tub. The contractor did not pay attention to detail and did a poor job. I had to point out errors the entire way through and in the end the radiant floor heat was installed wrong and in reply Jim stated "I did the best job I could". Jim place three 3X5 mats on the floor just like bath mats instead of following the manufactures instructions and the contract by covering the entire floor. Before the work was completed they insisted on the punch list. They wanted final payment before the punch list was completed and the wiring on the tub was dangerous.
