We were completely satisfied with our basement renovation. Stan Boigon is a true professional! He is obviously skilled in the renovation business and has a great eye for detail. He expected quality work from his crew and offered the same as the contractor. He provided us with a detailed list of costs upfront and anything extra was a result of changes that we made along the way. There were no surprises at the end of the job in terms of cost. Stan was very generous with his time (e.g. meeting us at Home Depot to decide on product, answering voice mails and emails promptly, visiting the site almost on a daily basis to ensure everything was going as planned). He was very easy to talk with and seemed to surround himself with trades people who were very personable as well. We did not question having any of his crew in our home when we were not there. We would not hesitate to recommend Basement Experts and would use Stan's services for any future home renovations.
