DB in Wayland

This contractor installed a new AC system in our house. It never worked. He wouldn't come out and fix it unless we paid him more $. We ended up having to hire another contractor to fix his problem. We took Tom to small claims court and he never showed up. He says his address of 20 High St. Natick that is publised all over the internet is not his office anymore. The Judge didn't buy that either. He claims that he can't pay my claim becasue he has no $ and owes the IRS $140K. Doesn't sound like a very good businessman. I suggest you do your homework before you use him.
