Kathleen from appliances was absolutely amazing. We had spent a week searching for new appliances and Kathleen provided so much help. She wasn't pushy, as many other salespeople are. She provided a lot of information and was patient with us as we poured over every detail for each appliance. She was able to work out the prices for us and help us stay within budget. We were even eligible for gift cards after our purchase. the icing on the cake was that Sears had a deferred payment plan to make the purchase more affordable.
