This is a high-end audio shop with a Draconian return policy. We bought a store model Squeezebox Boom (wireless Internet radio device). It did not work well. When we returned it, we were charged a 25% "restocking fee" (it was a store model) and a store credit only - no refund on my credit card. Good thing we didn't purchase a high-end $25K+ stereo!
