I was really satisfied with the work that Barry from Americspec did on our home inspection. He was very professional, answered all our questions, took his time and was very thorough – checking every corner of the house. What really impressed me was the report booklet he provided at the conclusion of the inspection. It contained a lot of detailed information, which was useful when talking to insurance companies. It also included tips for homebuyers on how to maintain the home.
