Needed to get basement windows installed. Sales person assured me that I could get what I needed and that my deck will not get in the way. Installer told me he cannot put silicone around one of the windows unless the deck is removed, and he also couldn't apply the foam properly to another window due to the drywall (area being finished). This was not a pleasant experience, and I am still left with my window issues with worry now the window will possibly leak.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up their mess. Would definitely use Landmark again.

Considering we had the most rain on the same day I was moving, I didn't expect things to go as well or as quick as they did. The guys arrived to my home on time, they worked hard and were very efficient. They wrapped all my furniture and ensured the safety of my belongings. Everything was transported to my new home (approx. 1.5 hrs away) in the same condition. The owner, Bill, made a visit to ensure things were going as expected. There were no hidden costs, the work was complete within the time quoted and there were no additional fees. Overall I would use this company in the future as well recommend them to my friends and family.

Leroy was very pleasent when he came into our home to assess our heating problems. He let us know the issue, showed us what needed to be replaced and let us know the cost of the repair. Leroy then called early the next day, said he can get the part and come and fixed it. We will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs heating & air conditioning service.
