It was a pleasure dealing with Mark from Express Rooter. He explained the issue really well and gave us a lot of information on what work had to be done. However, there were a few unexpected issues with the piping internally and it made things a little more complicated. Mark spent the next few hours troubleshooting the issue and eventually resolved and fixed everything. I really appreciate that he went was patient, kind and courteous. He definitely went above and beyond, making sure everything was working as it should. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, skilled and customer friendly company.

Rudy was down right professional from the very beginning when we first contacted him over the phone. He was prompt to the appointment, came with samples and had all the knowledge we needed to spruce up our condo before the new tenants moved in. We love how it all looked in the end and will be considering Rudy for our own home flooring work in the future.
