My insurance company contacted Atlantis Resoration & I have to say I received the best customer service I've received in a very long time. They were so quick to call me & set up an appointment for the quote. Bruce, the project manager who came by really knew his stuff & I felt confident that he was being honest about what he assumed was causing the water leak. He referred me to a good plumber who fixed the problem the next day & Atlantis came back to dry the wall. They sent over the drywall company who did a wonderful job repairing the wall & ceiling. Overall, it was the best of a bad situation. I would highly recommend Atlantis Restoration for a stress free repair.

Joseph & his team from ProRise are reliable, professional & thorough. This is the second time we've used their services. In our old hom bridge selling & prior to move-in to our new town home. We had our new 4 bedroom home painted & patched from top to bottom. They were kind enough to fit us in on short notice & worked over-time to get the job done on time. Brandon, Andy & Matt were great! They took the stress out of of a stressful project. Their attention to detail and customer service was spot on. They came in efficiently & on time, got to work right away. They protected the floors & there was no damage to furniture or walls. I should mention the we had lots of steps, heavy large items & narrow halls! They worked quickly & we even came in slightly under the quoted price! Our freezer was leaking water into the fridge. Newtech came over, on time, and repaired it in under an hour. They were professional and knew what the problem was immediately. We have had no further issues with the fridge/freezer since.

I had pendant light that wasn't working in me kitchen. Nu-Phase came over to look at it and give me a quote for repair. He kindly advised me replace the existing lights as the current ones weren't safe. Also recommended that we do with LED as these will be more efficient. I purchased lights on my own and then he returned and patiently installed them. It was a tricky installation & he stayed until he job was done plus didn't charge for his extra time. Thank you for your help, we love our new lights!
