I ordered knobs and handles from Top Knobs, thinking I would get a better quality item than in the home improvement stores. the knobs were $16. Each. After only 2 years, the stems from 3 of the knobs broke. I tried gluing etc and nothing would hold. I called the company and was told the 1 year guaranty was up. They would not stand behind their product and did not think it was unreasonable that a knob would need replacing after only 2 years. I had previously recommended them to friends. Would never use them again
