You have the ability to book future cleaning a year in advance but that does not mean they will actually show up. Not only do they not show up in the time period requested, they also do not contact you to say they will not be coming. You could end up waiting until spring. We did. No thanks! I want someone reliable or at least courteous enough to get in touch.

We set the job up over the phone, including a quote. The dude arrived on time, stuck to the quote, did the best job yet, and cleaned up. I'll definitely use them again.
