Andrea has excellent, inventive ideas for older houses and small spaces. She figured out how to create a powder room when other contractors had deemed it impossible. Kodiak is not the cheapest option around but they do lovely work.

The work was on time and came in on budget. Excellent communication and a fine finished project. Andrea and Rudy are obviously experienced and they are pleasant to deal with.
