My Son bought a new house tom built, A basement window was installed upside down, floor tiles are cracked, the bricks are falling off the front, 2 doors won't open unless you lift up on them. other minor problems.This is a brand new house. Tom would not fix anything, Said he built it for himself so doesn't have to supply a new house warranty. I wouldn't hire Tom to mow my lawn.
