Also,when asked about two other projects he was quite candid in giving advice in one and advising me he would not be comfortable with the second ( a metal chimney repair ) as it would require specific knowledge of the parts involved.

Steve has been fixing my appliances for many years. I call him when I need someone I can trust to do a professional job at a reasonable cost. I also appreciate his attention to meeting agreed upon times schedules and and in providing valuable advice when expensive repairs would not be truly cost effective.
