Pre Christmas cleaning disaster
I hired Jasmine ( The cleaning Lady) from an ad on Kijiji. She squeezed us in at the end of the day on Dec 22nd. Then did a mediocre job. She did the cleaning and her assistant did some vacuuming and dusting. Kept trying to up charge for a deep clean (which she quoted at $800!) When all i wanted was a basic clean. In my kitchen she complained that there was a camera after stating to her assistant that she was going to have to wash the floor now as there was a some dried on dirt on the floor. Don't know what all the talk about leaving my home sparkling was about if she hadn't planned to do a basic cleaning function such as mop the floor in my kitchen.

Given that you offered us a $50.00 tip each at the end of our cleaning job with hugs and words of appreciation I was under the impression that you were VERY PLEASED. I hope that my phone call of apology today, so many months after the job, helped to salve the bad taste that was left in your mouth.
