This company is well organized, efficient and the people pleasant to deal with. Very good value for their service. I loved that they were able to clean my furnace and dryer vent as well.

This is the third time I've used AW Mechanical and I call them to service my furnace and A/C because I don't have to worry about being ripped off. He knows his business.

I chose Jason of Colour by Design based on his reviews but was still pleasantly surprised by his professionalism. I am already planning on re-hiring him for another job. So refreshing.

I called Tony when my A/C conked out in the middle of the heat wave. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He's reliable, honest and knowledgeable. What more do you want?

Tony was extremely easy to deal with. He was communicative from start to finish. He called to confirm the appointment, then again to say he was running a bit late. While here, he explained everything in plain English and found the problem quickly and easily. I asked him to do a few tests on the furnace, which should have been done by another company but they refused to provide a detailed invoice so who knows what they did or didn't do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A.W. Mechanical and will use him for my furnace and A/C maintenance going forward.

The company said on the phone they would charge $80 for the service call. The repair person came and charged 314.00. I was in a hurry to leave because he took forever to figure out the most simple problem with the oven. I balked at the charge and asked if it included the actual repair, when he returned. He said yes, so I signed on the dotted line. Once I got home and read the small print, I saw the the charge did not include future repair work. As it happens, I also found out that the part required is not even available, even though he said I should repair, rather than replace the oven. This company is NOT trustworthy by any stretch of the imagination.
