An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
This past week i needed someone to connect a new gas range. I searched online for someone who fit the criteria and asked about availability and cost. When i called Douglas at Evergreen Comfort Control i was delighted to hear that the cost was the most affordable. As luck would have it when the work was done we discovered that there was a gas leak. Douglas informed us of the process and cost. To our delight the work was done well and we were reassured that there would no longer be an issue. Also upon checking a gas fireplace in our home we were informed by Douglas that the installation was not done to code. After providing a quote and information on the work to be done we were given the option of correcting the problem. Douglas proceeded to complete the job in an efficient and courteous manner. I would recommend Evergreen Comfort Control highly and will do so to my family and friends.
