The fence and gate at my second property are completed before target date, the quality and workmanship are above and beyond my expectations. Both the fence and gate at my property look absolutely beautiful. Solid , sturdy fence with 6*6 posts. We ordered the wrought iron on the gate, it adds sophistication and looks stunning. The hardware are in superb quality. We are extremely please with Can Do. Compare to the other contractors I hired, it is obvious that Can Do's quality and workmanship are superior. I also noticed that in my neigbourhood, majority of the fences/ gates are done by Can Do, it is amazing to see the quality and workmanhip of products are all wonderful. Without hesitation, i would highly recommend Can Do for big and small projects.

Building quality is declining. Bad experience with Mattamy. You will get a crappy home if this is what u want. Customer Service is OK. The warranty service technician was rude and breach of privacy.

I spent 700 dollars to buy the White Valentino marble 3 by 6 tiles from Tile master. The tiles arrived discoloured, chipped and cracked. Tiles are yellow and dull as opposed to polish and white. There were literally no resemblance to what they supposed to look like , no veins on any tiles. Crappy product and too brittle to cut.i understand that marble is natural stone and cannot guarantee the pattern , tone. But this product is subpar , way below, what's available in the market sell in other stores. This sloppy quality is extremely poor and absolutely unacceptable. I have to pay my installer to remove them because they look ugly, cheap and old. Very disappointing, what a waste of time and money picking tiles at tile master. The quality was too pathetically poor that I had to stop my installer in the middle of installations and remove them for me. Do not go for file master as they don't have a good return policy. My yellowish chipped and cracked tiles look do not look a bit like what they are supposed to be. It is a waste of time and money. I had to pay for the tiles and large installation and removal of the tiles because they look disgusting with yellow stains and chipped tiles. Even though the selection is good but their quality and return policy suck. They don't stand behind their products. Stay away from file master to avoid more headache or trouble. Save yourself some time to go places that stand behind their products.

Very satisfied with the services provided by this company. The shutters look great - very clean with the rod hidden behind. Nick was very friendly and helpful. He was willing make an extra trip to install the shutters for our garden door (as our door was not ready at the first installation). Also, he has proven to be accommodating and stand behind his work. I am very pleased with his service. Thank you for making my home look great with the wooden shutters while at an affordable price.

Very expensive, overcharged and very rude. Not taking off shoes when entering your home. Ken charged $40 - 60 more dollars for moving my upright piano compared to all other moving companies that I have asked for a quote. Very rude - ASKED for lunch (when we were not planning to have lunch at 11: 50 a.m. and expected the job to be done in an hour). At last, we did provide them with lunch, and they charge me an additional 50 dollars (they didn't subtract the lunchtime). They were not content that we ordered pizza, and asked for a coffee. Very disappointed, and I had to clean up after themselves after eating and their footprints.

Professional consultant, reasonably priced, excellent workmanship, great communication skills and customer services, keeping the house neat during the project, making sure nothing is damage and the finished product is perfectly done. Spending time to communicate with us to find out what we need/ like/ want, and try to accommodate. I highly recommend Wilson and his team to anyone who look for exceptional quality at affordable price. It's rare to find a such a honest contractor with great business ethics - they stand behind their work. Be sure to call them right away, they get lots of projects especially during summer.

Great installer. Excellent customer service. Very prompt and professional , and accommodating. Give good advice, and good business ethics. I will recommended him to everyone for any garage door problems/ issues. I checked out homestars, read most if not all reviews on garage door installation, and picked the top 5 companies to call. I chose Navida , as Tommy was very professional and provided non-baised information (e.g., no more warranty on my garage door once the garage door opener was installed) Background information- my house is a new construction. He also gave a fair reasonable quote. After a few conversations, I finally had him come to install the garage door opener after 2 months, because it took forever for my builder to fix the unbalance, tight garage door. After my builder had "fixed" or claimed that was fixed, he came in and found that the cable came off, the left and right tracks were not installed properly, therefore I couldn't open the garage door manually and easily. I chose the right guy, Tommy did not push me to have that done right there. He provided me with options, e.g., have the builder came to fix it ,and then he will make another trip to fix it. He was so nice. At the end, I decided to have Tommy fix the existing problems, and install the garage door opener. HE was quick, didn't leave any mess, provide advice on maintaining / extending the life of the garage door opener. I am thankful to choose him, and he didn't charge me unreasonably because I needed to have the opener install badly.

Extremely poor quality/ workmanship.. pathetic cabinet quality/ rough edges everywhere / dusty house at closing that you will find chips and dents and marks on hardwood after cleaning / sloppy paint job / uneven tiles/ discolored grouts / full of defect and damages everywhere incomplete home at delivery dusty everywhere..( maybe that is a strategy that we couldn't include items on PDI .... .they delivered the home incomplete and kept being deceitful) ... don't trust the PDI rep/builder/ manager. They tried to minimize the numbers of problems on the form.. make sure you mention every single thingon pdi /30 days otherwise Mattamy won't bother fixing things up for you..... even if you have put them all down on 30-day they still unwilling to fix the issues that shouldn't be there the first place. Very disappointed.. haven't moved in after 60 days... If this is what I see from the outside .. what should I expect between the drywall.. on the roof on the areas that I couldn't see.... very scared now....

I got quotations from 6 construction companies, and at the end decided to go with this one mainly because: 1) The owner was professional and helpful. We got non-biased advices and tips from him when he first visited us for a quotation. Unlike many other companies that would try to ask you to do more and spend more money unnecessarily. Wilson Liang at Fantasia didn't. He gave honest and professional advices that based on design principals and his wealth of experience intend to make my home look better and meet my needs. THis is the third week, I can see they are turning my home into a modern, welcoming and upscale house ( I also spent lots of time picking and choosing colours and deciding where to put the potlights, but I couldn't have done this without his and his team's help). I was very please with his professionalism, customer service skills, and most importantly his business ethics. Unlike many other contractors, who tend to give a vague quotation with possible hidden fee from my past experience. The quotation was very reasonable and clearly outined and presented in a spreadsheet. This is the third week of renovation, I am very pleased with workmanship and the quality of work. I am very happy to have made this decision to choose this company. They haven't completely finished the project yet. We have installed hardwood floor throughout the house, installed lots of potlights, painted the railings, and made flat ceiling on two floors, and had done some minor things (e.g. change toilets and lights). The team has already flip this over 13 years house into a brand new, high-end modern house. I will recommend Fantasia to anyone. If you want to make your money worth, go with Fantasia Renovations. I will update and upload for you guys to take a look after the project is completely finished.
