Called Claudio and asked if he could look at the system and set it up. Came over and spent about 4 hours working on the system. Had it up in a few hours but troubleshooted a few issues. Setup included Server setup, iMac computer linked to server, a few PC's, and TV's linked to the server.

Called Harmcor and Roy sent out Robert. Robert came out first thing Monday and went to work. Robert was Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to plus fixed my leaks and installed 2 valves. Great job!

What could this company do to improve their services?
They came to do a job and completed it. The communication between Harmcor and me was great. Harmcor called that morning to confirm that the service will be coming between the hours expected.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
