Scheduled finish date was five weeks of work. It turned out 5 months later the job is still not finished. Quality of work was poor due to workers hired by Contractor being inexperienced and on a daily basis in some cases. Remedial work needed for the sump pit and hoses and other areas. Framing left a lot to be desired. The roof addition to existing roof was, and still is a mess, header missing from additional contract for window. Deficiencies have been corrected after I pointed out problems, otherwise they would have been left as is! All deficiency reports from me were met with a very patronising manner. It seems, only a contractor knows his job and the client is an imbecile, type manner. Supposedly he is coming back in May to complete outside. No word yet on fixing crawlspace insulation and installing water pipe for hose.
