I have been looking to renovate our unfinished basement for a while now. I am very particular when it comes to who I hire, but when it came to choosing One Oak there was no competition. The first thing that really got me hooked was the response time, which was almost immediate. After some back and forth communication I got a detailed invoice and layout of what to expect time and price wise. Rahul's speedy and excellent customer service was very impressive, but not as impressive as the actual work done! We went from having a unfinished basement to an amazing space with hardwood floors, crown moulding, and beautifully painted walls. I want to thank Rahul for his patience with my indecisiveness and always having the lines of communication open. Job well done One Oak!
