they have done work for me broken sprinkler is not been fixed ,no customer service ,no mannerism when they call you ,talk as if you are their peasants .the broken sprinkler was there since last year which they were suppose to fix it and they totally ignore it ,causing us a big problem

Good Morning Bijan,

I would like to take this time to formally thank you for discussing your concerns with me yesterday, here at Naiad Irrigation Systems, customer satisfaction and customer service are our top priorities, although there may be slight deviances from time to time, it is through feedback such as yours that we are able to better adapt our training and work procedures to provide the most pleasant and fluid customer experience.

With this in mind, we are now in the process of reviewing our standard office phone etiquette to ensure that moving forward no offense is taken by anyone when chatting with our office personnel.

In regards to the winterization, I have reviewed the previous work orders from our visits to your home and it does appear that the issues noted in the winterization this year differ from those taken care of in 2014. Unfortunately, when we are doing winterizations or vehicles are fully stocked for parts that only pertain to effectively winterizing the many types of irrigation systems that we service, but not for actually repairing any damage to the system, so the repairs noted would need to be taken care of in a separate service appointment in the spring of next year. There are a few other reasons for not performing service work at the time of the winterizations namely that not only can we not test our repairs with water to ensure that they are properly repaired, there may also be some damage that can occur over the winter months from many sources such as snow removal activities, pets, kids, and so on.

With this in mind however, I have had a discussion with our service manager and he has made the necessary arrangements so that when we begin to contact clients in the spring of next year to book service appointments you will be promptly contacted. Please keep in mind that we will require your wife to be home for the booked service appointment so that we can be sure that all issues are taken care of during the appointment.

Again I would like to thank you for your feedback and time, and you can rest assured that positive change is taking place as a direct result of our conversations.
