I called John when I needed a 240v electric vehicle charger installed in my garage because he had done excellent re-wiring work on our basement renovation in 2013. Installing the EV charger involved adding a breaker to the garage subpanel, running a new wire to a junction box, hooking up the charger, and testing everything. The quality of work was excellent, the price was very reasonable, and John was pleasant to work with from start to finish.

We gutted our basement and had it totally redone by Mark, Nino, and team, including floor, drywall, wiring, water pipes for the whole house, bathroom, and kitchen. They were great to work with--good communication, able to resolve questions and quickly fix problems that we noticed, and accommodated our todder's sleeping schedule as best they could. Floors, doors, walls, cabinets still look beautiful. I'm still noticing how great everything looks almost a year later. The weakest part in terms of the final look were the shower tiles. Advice: if you have specific times by which noisy work needs to stop (for us it was 7:30 pm), it's probably a good idea to write that into the contract. Some of the trades workers seem to work full days on other jobs and can only come late afternoon/evenings/weekends. On one noisy night that was getting later and later, Mark was able to get the plumbers to stop, but it took a couple of phone calls. Overall very pleased and would definitely use again.
