Ordered hepa filters and parts in June 2017. Still have not got it. They just keep responding with nonsense via emails. They promised to ship and even said that it was on its way numerous times. They can’t just be honest with you and tell you the truth. Several demands for refunds were ignored. End game is to get you past your date to take action via the credit card company and then nothing further. Next step, small claims court. Hope every one else they are doing this to also does the same.

Mr Ed did receive his product. We had explained of a supplier a delay since these were special order items. We truly appreciate the patience, while sometimes we are only as good as our supplier and rely on their estimated time frames. We also issued him a credit towards the order as an apology for the delay

I had an old slide -in range for a granite counter top. The cut out needed to be expanded in order to accommodate a new range. The sides of the granite counter needed to be cut and a strip of granite at the back needed to be removed. This company did a fantastic, perfect job! The result was better than I expected, and he fixed a couple of other issues he saw that will prevent future serious problems. A genuinely nice guy, professional and trustworthy. Always answered the phone, showed up on time and no hassles. Smooth and easy interaction. Thanks very much!

I found this company via Groupon which I now realize was my first mistake. Went through an extensive documentation process (I think my new car purchases required fewer forms) to set up an appointment for Dryer Vent Cleaning. Date and time were confirmed via email. I got the laundry room ready, pulled out the dryer (its almost built in), took time off work (for this and other errands). Waited. Called - was promised that someone would show up. They didn't. Company then would not answer calls later in the day. I read elsewhere that they had cancelled many window cleaning appointments in May due to weather. In the past I have had other companies that needed to show up late or change appt dates. It's inconvenient but sometimes things happen. But they always called or sent an email or did something to reschedule. Despicable company. Takes your money ahead of time and then doesn't perform the work. Won't respond. Company finally said that they 'attended my house' but no one answered. I told them I was home and I have security cameras. They then said they went to the wrong house! If they can't find a large house with an address (and they also have a picture of the house!) then how can they find the lint in your dryer. Trust me, not worth the hassle. Won't refund money. Had to go to credit card company to get the charge reversed.

Stan and his crew from PLS Masonry did an amazing job on our home. We had them parge the base of our house, fix many mortar cracks, and repair concrete cracks, etc. The quality of work was excellent - these guys take pride in what they do. When they quoted, they walked around the property with me and we agreed to what needed to be done. When they did the work, they went above and beyond what we agreed to and fixed considerably more cracks and imperfections than we bargained for. This included fixing things we couldn't originally see from the ground level. When these guys got up to the higher areas, I could see them hunting for additional areas to be fixed, which they did at no extra cost. And, Stan is actually quite funny and made me laugh a few times. He and his crew were polite and firendly with my family. They worked diligently and did a fantastic job. We highly recommend PLS Masonry.

We had some issues with a dining set but the company did go out of its way to make things right. I changed my review from negative to positive as a result. We have purchased many items from them in the past and this was the first time we had an issue. Sometimes things don't go smoothly. When they go wrong, it's important that the company stand behind whatever it sells. Solid Wood did that. Well done! They regained my respect and trust and we just placed out next order with them.
