Product was excellent. The pool cabana looks great but the service was not as great. We had trouble having the product delivered in time and took a day off to have materials dropped off only to be told it was not going to happen that day. The next day the delivery came and he was very helpful, by no fault of his own was sent to a number of spread out locations in around to work.

Purchased a mattress set from the Bay three months before the required delivery date. Set up a delivery date with them only to receive a phone call a day earlier to inform me that the mattress were not available and had been discontinued. The reason we went with them in the first place was the price but after spending two days on the phone with them to rearrange the selection and delivery of the mattresses, I am beginning to wonder how great a deal it really was.

Great place for duvets of high quality and reasonable price. We were also able to find a duvet set at a much better deal than many of the major retailers. The people were friendly and helpful and overall it was a great experience.

Great product. Service was a bit inconsistent in store for our few visits and delivery notification was a bit short but the product is of top quality and we are very pleased with our purchase.

The quality of the furniture from Harvest House is incomparable. We dealt with the Schomberg location which is a nice showroom. Service was good except that I had to call them to find out they were a bit behind with production. The delivery men were courteous and professional and did a great job!
