We purchased our townhouse 8 years ago, moved in 6 years ago as Paulmac Developments had many delays. When we finally moved we noticed poor worksmanship throughout our new home. We heard something in our attic & found birds had made thier home which i found strange, but even we noticed they didn't insulate the attic. We later found they had forgotten to do this in other units. After the second winter the whole complex was flooded. The following spring they began working on this problem tearing up the whole complex, now 5 years later it still hasn't been fixed. Our strata council has tried to do their best to deal with this issue. Now we're finding out that if we want fixed we may have to pay ourselves as going to court may be more expensive. My daughters don't even know what it is like to play in the backyard. So if you are thinking of using this business, be prepared to not be looked after.
