An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had a flood in our basement as the result of a crack in our foundation. I called Zibby to see if his company could help. They came over right away and identified the problem area and explained what to do to fix it.We arranged the time to have the work dine and they came backright on time to perform the foundation repair. They worked very quickly. professionally and did exactly what they said they`d do. To my surprise, they were able to finish everything in one day including cleanup. To this date we have had no more problems with the foundation and we feelcomfortable that there won`t be any more problema as the work is guaranteed for 20 years.
