After a rocky start to solving my dilemma and 2+ weeks of 6 different service techs trying to solve our issues with our furnace and communicating thermostat along came Adam Walker to save the day. His attentiveness to providing excellent customer service and his due diligence in doing everything possible to ensure we were looked after was awesome. Thanks also to Joe (his boss) for making sure our needs were met.
