We hired Abundant Automation (Edmonton, Alberta) to install two Mobitix Cameras for $4000.00 and it turned out that he (Davin) did not know how to configure them. He does a lot of team viewer sessions, but they never result in anything. It is a lot of trial and error on his part resulting in our wasted time. We ended up hiring another contractor to complete the job who had the training offered by the Mobotix Distributor. We tried to resolve the issue with Abundant Automation by asking for a partial refund to pay the other contractor, but he never offered anything. It is obvious to us after 5 months of being patient that he has washed his hands of us. It is now clear to us that just because someone has a great website does not mean that they possess the skills to do the work that they say. He now appears to us just to be a web designer. We even question where he got the photos on the website. Be careful if you decide to hire him.
