Our original basement window wells were shallow and crumbling. EDKO had done waterproofing, sump pump installation and sewer lateral replacement for us this past year (and helped us apply for the City of Markham rebates), so I called Edgar for an estimate. We decided to go ahead with full window well replacement and exterior waterproofing for the side of our house. The price was good, and the hardworking and professional crew, Nazar and Shamar, did a great job! We would gladly recommend EDKO to anybody that needs waterproofing and related work done on their property!

We had water pooling on the outside corner floor of our basement laundry room. We mopped it up, but it was coming back and getting worse. I remembered that we had used Cirton Plumbing a few years ago to clean our drain and help us with root infiltration with excellent results, so we gave them a call. Within the next two days the problem was diagnosed and repaired by Mike and his team. The underground section of an old drain pipe was rusted out, and water was saturating the ground. The pipe was replaced and professionally tied to the existing drain and plumbing. Problem solved! The price Mike quoted was reasonable, and he stuck to the estimate even though there was a little more to the repair than originally thought. I would not hesitate to recommend Cirton Plumbing and Drain.
