We had a technician from this company come to check out our AC unit due to its age (36 years old). He recommended replacing it. Asif Khan called and came by to check it out and advised our options. There was no pushy sales pitch. He was professional and clearly explained everything. The install was completed two days later. The crew arrived on time, they were knowledgeable, polite and tidy. They took time to answer all my questions, and it was obvious they took pride in their workmanship. It really was a seamless experience from start to end. Thank you for the great service!

Had our acrylic shower deglazed. Very happy with the result. They came within a few days of me contacting them to complete the work. They took their time to do multiple coats. It looks really great. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. There were holes in the shower from the old shower door and a towel rack and they were able to cover them so you can’t even tell at all.

Anello came out promptly to give us a quote to rip out broken slabs along the side of our driveway and replace it with grey stone. He was able to start the work quite quickly, despite it being busy season. We are happy with the result. Our driveway looks a lot better. We plan to have him come back next year to redo our walkway and backyard. He is honest and nice to deal with, and he responds back quickly with answers to questions. Our driveway was also sealed as part of the project.

Happy with the result. They took our old yellow cast iron tub that had been painted by the previous owners and made it look shiny and new. We also had old tiles up to the ceiling that were in rough shape that look much better now. I put in new chrome handles and a shower head, and it’s made a big difference. The material is quite stinky but we just opened windows and it wasn’t too bad. It was done in just a few days and they cleaned up everything. I would say the downside is that I have kids who like to use bath bombs but the bright colours are not recommend as it could stain the tub, so we are more cautious about that now to prevent damage. I also bought a horizontal shower bar from Umbra to keep bottles off the tub as soaps can damage the finish. All in all I would recommend this. It’s a night and day difference for our bathroom.

This is the second time we have hired Lee to renovate a kitchen, and both times he delivered on time and on budget. This latest project was a complete demo to create our dream kitchen. From the first appointment, he had good ideas on the design of our kitchen, including recommending to not go open concept and build big pantries for extra storage as well as remove bulkheads, portions of the wall to open it up instead. He also recommended a company to replace and brick over a side door -- and they provided a very good price to do that work. As part of the project, Lee laid vinyl flooring in the whole main floor, including the dining room and living room, painted and replaced all the baseboards. He and Martin did an excellent job. It is very obvious that they take a lot of pride in their work. Lee and Martin are both hardworking, tidy, kind and very personable. I actually miss having them here to chat with -- absolute pleasure to have around -- they are like family! My kids love them too. Any additional changes and questions, Lee was very patient, accommodating and flexible. We wanted our kitchen done before Christmas and he made it happen, sometimes working into the evening or weekend. Thank you very, very much Lee and Martin! We love our new kitchen. It is a complete transformation.

Our contractor gave us the referral to Rockstella, and we are very happy with our new quartz kitchen countertop. It has really elevated the look of our new kitchen, and at a fair price to boot. Natallia was very patient, helpful and kind -- from getting back to me with a fair quote quickly, to answering questions throughout the process right away to the installation done with care and precision. The installation date was even moved up earlier so it was completed before Christmas. The installation was very well done. The seams are hardly noticeable. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. I'd definitely recommend Rockstella to friends and family. They even cut an extra board with the slab for us.

Very quality work for a fair price and prompt communication from start to finish. The job was delayed a day due to the rain but this was communicated. Found a few nails around the house, nothing to complain about. The quote also came in a few thousand below another quote we received. All in all, happy with the results and service provided.

Can't say enough good things about Lee. He completed our kitchen addition quickly and it looks great. He also was able to come in to do the job a month early, too, at a fair price. He also arranged help to install a tile backsplash in our kitchen and complete some electrical work. Everything went smoothly and Lee was a really great guy to deal with. Would definitely call him again and recommend his services to friends and family.
