I can't say enough about Service Direct, they are professional, timely and courteous. With all the cold weather we have been having this year wouldn't you know it my furnace quit on me one day when it was -20! All of the heating companies I called didn't have the time of day for me because they were so busy even know I didn't have any heat what so ever. I had been talking with a neighbour and he gave the number for Service Direct he said he had a great experience with a gentlemen named Aaron from their company. So sure enough I called the number and Aaron was able to come to my home later that day!! He inspected my furnace and said it has reached the end of its serviceable life but it was a good thing because the Heat Exchanger was cracked and it was most likely causing poor air quality in my home for me and my family. Aaron now knowing my situation not only gave me a great deal on a new more efficient furnace but he had a crew slotted to do the install the very next day and he even brought me over a couple electric heaters to get us through the night!
