Knob & Tube removal and rewire and panel upgrade
What a great company. These guys have restored my faith in contractors. Steve came out to our 100+ year old home to give us a quote for upgrading the wiring from the old knob and tube. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He took the time to have a look in the basement at the panel as well. He advised us to upgrade the panel as well since there were many hazards present and it was quite old (they don’t even make that type of panel anymore). From the day they started to the day of the final inspection we were kept informed of the progress every step of the way. We have plans to install potlights within the next few months and will be calling Steve and his amazing team back to install them. I have already recommended CLI Electric to family and friends.
I was referred to Modern Solutions by a colleague. I was becoming frustrated finding a company that seemed professional enough to be trusted in my home. I have to say using Modern Solutions was the perfect choice. They were professional from the get go. They were accommodating on the timeframe I had given as I was expecting guests from out of country and needed my basement repainted on time. The job was seamless from start to finish. This past summer I used Spring Man Canada to do a new install of sod in our front yard. After completing some drainage issues that we had we asked around for references to have someone come and install the lawn. We were told by two different people about this company. I have to say the employees were fantastic. They were personable and were meticulous with the job at hand. The job was completed in the time frame that was given and I was happy about that as we were hosting a 50th birthday party for a relative. I will without a doubt recommend Spring Man Canada to anyone I hear of that is needing a lawn sodded. Thank you again!
