We bought a lovely Trico home late last summer and just went through the 100 day inspection. There were just a couple of minor problems such as a faulty electrical connection in a part of the central vac, a pocket door sticking and a drawer in the kitchen being broken. Everyone at the Trico after-sales department has been extremely professional and helpful, particularly Clayton. Calls are answered quickly and the contractors that show up are polite, efficient, and clean up after themselves. The whole purchase experience was outstanding. Thanks.
