When my 12-year-old electric oven stopped heating, I was referred to Karl by my previous appliance repairman who moved out of the country. Karl was fantastic - prompt (even a bit early!), really friendly, and efficient in making the repair. He even showed me the part cost on-line so I could understand the basis for the final bill. I have added him to my contacts for future repairs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

It's taken me a while to get to this review, but better late than never. I had the main and second floors of my 100-year old home completely replaced over the summer by Invision. I received three quotes from vendors that I had found on Homestars, but I ended up choosing Invision not because they were the cheapest, but because of the thoroughness of the quotation, and their professionalism and communication through the whole planning process. Prior to retiring, I managed construction & maintenance for 300 locations of a well-known Canadian Retail chain, so I knew and appreciated the value of a well-planned project and a contractor that won business based on reputation, not on the lowest price. The bottom line is that they started when planned, did not go even $1 over their original quotation, and even finished a few days early. I am a single dad to three boys, and Dov and Roy made the intimidating hardwood selection and planning processes painless. My old house provided a few curveballs to work around but I was - and still am - absolutely thrilled with the quality of work and the new lease on life the floors have provided my home. After reading glowing reviews regarding the service from TorontoGranite.com my wife and I hired them to install new quartz countertops and backsplash, and install of a double-sink. I can't emphasize enough what a pleasant and refreshing experience it was. After working with Bob to develop an estimate, and working with his Mom to select the perfect stone, they measured the following Monday and came back to install Thursday. They did everything they promised, when they promised it. Everyone involved was friendly and professional. We still can't believe the difference it made in our kitchen, and how quickly it all came together. I would hire or recommend them in a second!

Hired Valentin to install drainage for a new kitchen double-sink. We have hired him before and as always he was polite and very professional, showing up exactly on time. Also it was great of him to accommodate us on timing so the period without use of our sink was minimal. He even noted from a picture that our old system didn’t have a vent so he installed and we will have better drainage going forward. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire again or recommend to anyone!
