Once these people have your money, they are condecending and will talk down to you, avoid warranty and service. Don't give them your money.... it will backfire to you in the long run. They also do not winterize or start up your systems properly.. for example when they start up your system in the spring... they will spend less than 1 minute to watch each sprinkler head... then after a couple of uses... and pressue build up, your system will develop a crack from their poor winterizing. They love to bill you and make excuses.... Good luck dealing with these people...unless you like to waste money and are rich..
